Since the completion of our first project, we have gone forward to successfully develop over US $800M+ worth of multifamily assets within the Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, Akron, Cleveland, and Toledo markets.
The company's focus is on the development of suburban and urban multifamily and mixed-use developments with the team focused on the timely execution of projects on time and on budget.
CONSTRUCTION

Our construction team works diligently to ensure that all of our projects are completed on time and on budget. Most importantly, however, is our commitment to keeping quality and safety above all. Our staff excels at identifying areas of improvement in order to maximize results and minimize risks, both in the field and at our corporate office.
Our pre-construction phase includes an unmatched plan review process to make sure that every aspect of the job goes smoothly. At loan closing, our plans and specs are completed and ready for our teams out in the field. We strive to have 75% bought out at loan closing.
We work in close collaboration with our subcontractors to clearly identify the work that must be put in place by all parties and coordinate with each other on how we will get to our milestones as planned. We value the relationships we have with our subcontractors, which is why our construction and finance teams work hand-in-hand to provide subcontractors with payment within 30 days of pay application.
