Reverb Apartments Now Leasing and Welcoming Residents in Huber Heights

HUBER HEIGHTS, Ohio — Metropolitan Holdings announced that Reverb Apartments, its new 312-unit apartment community in Huber Heights, is now leasing and welcoming residents.

Located at 6701 Executive Boulevard directly across from Rose Music Center at The Heights, Reverb spans 25 acres and draws inspiration from its prominent location within the city’s growing entertainment district.

Construction began in June 2025, with the first residents moving into the community in June 2026. Reverb’s first two residential buildings are now fully occupied, with additional buildings filling quickly as construction continues. The community is expected to be fully completed in early 2027.
