Metropolitan Holdings Celebrates Grand Opening of 320-Unit Apartment Community in Perrysburg

Perrysburg, Ohio (June 10, 2026) – Metropolitan Holdings will celebrate the grand opening of Harrison Landing, a new 320-unit luxury apartment community in Perrysburg, Ohio, on Wednesday, June 24. The event will bring together local officials, business leaders, project partners, members of the media, and representatives of the Perrysburg Area Chamber of Commerce to mark the completion of Metropolitan Holdings' first multifamily community in the Toledo region. Scheduled speakers include Matthew Vekasy, Founder and CEO of Metropolitan Holdings, and Tim Ansted, Executive Director of the Perrysburg Area Chamber of Commerce.

The grand opening celebration will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will feature a ceremonial ribbon cutting, guided tours of the community, live music, complimentary food and beverages, and networking opportunities for attendees. Media interviews with Metropolitan Holdings leadership will be available following the ribbon cutting ceremony.

Constructed in phases beginning in 2024, Harrison Landing welcomed its first residents in 2025 and is now fully complete. The community consists of 53 residential buildings offering a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes and townhomes ranging from 722 to more than 1,800 square feet.

The development adds 320 new housing units to the Perrysburg market and reflects Metropolitan Holdings' continued investment in the growth of Northwest Ohio.
