Columbus, Ohio (September 26, 2024) – Residents have begun to move into Ogden Apartments in King-Lincoln Bronzeville and a celebration is scheduled for Thursday, October 3rd from 3pm-5pm to commemorate the project.
 

Located on the corner of East Long Street and Garfield Avenue next to the historic Lincoln Theatre, the apartment community features 72 units ranging from 515 square foot studios to loft-style townhomes. Columbus-based developer Metropolitan Holdings began site work on the project in December of 2022 and completed construction in June 2024.
 

Apartment amenities include nine-foot ceilings, tile backsplash, luxury flooring in kitchen and baths, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, in-unit washer and dryer, and balconies in select units.

Community amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, resident coffee bar, and an attached parking garage. The building also features 2,618 square feet of first floor commercial space that will be occupied in 2025.
