Completed in 2006, Drayton Court consists of 32 garden-style units on a one acre parcel. The community is a five minute drive to The Ohio State University and shopping, dining, and entertainment on Olentangy River Road and Lane Avenue. The community was designed around a green space courtyard, given 30 of the 32 units views into this space. This project was sold in 2016 and is no longer managed by Metropolitan Holdings.
