Arch City Development has selected Metropolitan Holdings as the new property manager for The Frisbie Apartments.

Located in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, The Frisbie is a four-story, 67-unit apartment building that was completed in early 2022. The building stands on the site of the former Charles Frisbie mansion that was built in 1898 and torn down in the 1960s.

“We are delighted to add The Frisbie to our downtown area communities,” said Julie Yesnick, vice president of property management for Metropolitan Holdings. “It is truly a superb fit with the rest of the firm’s management portfolio.”

Metropolitan Holdings will introduce an on-site professional sales team to the property and complete lease-up of all apartment homes.  Available suites include studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. Approximately one-third of the units’ rents are capped at 80% to 100% of the area median income, with the remaining two-thirds at market-rate rents.

Resident amenities include a sleek 2nd floor outdoor deck with grilling space, secure package lockers, a fitness facility, views of the downtown skyline, and walkability to the historic Lincoln Theatre, Columbus Museum of Art, and numerous local cafes and eateries.
