Metropolitan Holdings announces 315 apartments coming to Miami Township
Miami Township, Ohio (March 13, 2026) - Metropolitan Holdings has received zoning approval from Miami Township to move forward with Conrad Apartments, a new upscale multifamily community of 315 units located at 1005 Business 28. The development will transform the former Trester Auto Parts & Salvage Yard site into a high-quality residential community, supporting reinvestment along the Business 28 corridor.
The four-story corridor building will feature a resort-inspired amenity package, including a swimming pool with sun deck, fitness center, movie theater, business center, pickleball court, golf simulator, game lawn, pet washing station, and a one-acre dog park. Surface and garage parking and thoughtfully integrated landscaping are planned to create a safe, walkable, and community-oriented environment.
The site offers excellent regional access along OH-28, just one mile from Interstate-275 and 30 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Residents will be minutes from Kenwood Towne Centre and within 20 miles of eight Fortune 500 headquarters, as well as major employers including TQL, Mercy Health, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.
Conrad supports Miami Township’s goal of providing diverse, market-rate housing options in a well-connected location for both current and future residents.
“Miami Township has expressed a need for high-quality rental housing to stay competitive, retain residents, and attract new households,” said Matthew R. Vekasy, Founder & CEO of Metropolitan Holdings. “Conrad is designed to meet that need with modern amenities and living options for career professionals, middle-income households, and established earners.”
Metropolitan Holdings recently achieved success with a similar product at Skytop Apartments in Anderson Township, Ohio, which has seen strong resident demand since opening. “Skytop validated the need for high-quality rental housing in well-connected suburban markets,” said Vekasy. “Miami Township is a natural next step to expand our footprint in the Greater Cincinnati region and we look forward to delivering that same level of quality with Conrad.”
Construction is expected to begin in Q2 2026.
