Searching and finding the right property can take a lot of time without asking specific questions.  We get to the heart of what the client’s need and drill down into the details.  Many brokers will search for properties that are only actively listed but we go the extra mile with our expansive network of relationships and search engines to look for the right property at the right price which may or may not be actively listed.

Navigating a lease document can be tricky as there are many hidden costs that can be found in a lease which a Tenant may not be aware.  We use our years of experience to ferret out these clauses in a lease and work with a tenant’s legal counsel to institute controls to minimize cost exposure to our clients.

We can easily determine a fair market sales price or market lease rate for any property because of our access to information for other transactions in the market.
